Tracy was a database software engineer in the silicon valley. After working for 10 years in the software industry, she was exhausted and ready for a change. She had always been a firm believer in the holistic approach to health and decided to go to China to study Traditional Chinese Medicine.

She enrolled in an acupuncture program at the Beijing Chinese Medicine University. After graduation, she did her intern at a Chinese medicine clinic in Beijing with both acupuncture and TuiNa, the massage therapy in traditional Chinese medicine. At this clinic, she witnessed first hand the amazing effectiveness of TuiNa in treating soft tissue problems like frozen shoulder and cervical and lumbar spondylosis.

She stayed on working in the clinic as a TuiNa therapist for 5 years. Then, the most wonderful event in her life happened. She was pregnant. She came back to California and had her baby daughter.

Now, a mom at home taking care of her daughter, she created this website to share what she has learnt about the frozen shoulder and the most effective treatment for it.
